Expense Reimbursement or Request for Payment:
Please ensure you select the correct form based on the expense being requested. A copy of your invoice and or receipts will need to be uploaded when you submit request for payment. Payments may take up to (2) two weeks to be sent out from the time request is made. If you have any questions please consult with the director or individual approving the expense.
